Where do you source your seafood from?
We work with small-scale fishermen and sustainable aquaculture farms in regions like the coast of Spain and the Pacific Northwest to ensure the highest quality and ethical standards.
How long does tinned seafood last?
Our tinned seafood is shelf-stable and typically has a shelf life of 3 to 5 years. Please refer to the 'best by' date printed on the bottom of each individual tin.
Do I need to refrigerate the tins?
No refrigeration is required before opening. Once a tin is opened, please transfer any leftovers to a separate container, refrigerate, and consume within two days.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the continental U.S. usually takes 3-7 business days.
What is your return policy?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrived damaged or if there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
Is your packaging recyclable?
Yes! Our outer boxes are made from recycled paper and are 100% recyclable, and the aluminum or steel tins can be recycled in most curbside programs after being rinsed.
